Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We currently ship throughout the UK using Royal Mail.

Estimated Delivery Times.

• Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class) 2-4 business days.
• First Class (Royal Mail 1st Class0 1 - 2 business days

International Shipping.

Currently do not offer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped,  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.  Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking info to update.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at willow3ddesigns@gmail.com, and we will look into it.
